Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organised Branch Coordinator to join our Whangarei team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, including job tracking, inventory management, and supporting the quotation process. As the primary contact for customer inquiries, you will provide exceptional service while supporting the Branch Manager to ensure efficient branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory management, including stock takes and the Inwards and Outwards Goods process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Support the quotation process by capturing site photos and maintaining documentation.
- Process supplier invoices and manage Purchase Orders to facilitate timely payments.
- Serve as the branch's Health and Safety coordinator, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with purchase orders, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
