About the Role
We are looking for a Hydraulic Field Service Supervisor to take charge of our East Tamaki team. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for an experienced Hydraulic Technician ready to step up or a current Supervisor looking for a new challenge. Youβll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery across a range of industries, including manufacturing, industrial, and heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Field Service team, ensuring productivity and high-quality work.
Coordinate and oversee hydraulic service jobs, from routine maintenance to emergency breakdowns.

Support technicians with hands-on troubleshooting and technical guidance.

Ensure efficiency in job scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.

Build and maintain customer relationships, identifying opportunities for service improvements and additional sales.

Drive safety and compliance, ensuring all work meets industry standards and company policies.
What Weβre Looking For

Trade-qualified in hydraulics, mechanical engineering, or similar.

Strong hands-on hydraulic systems experience.

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.

Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Full NZ driverβs licence.
